Kerry shares how she moved away from the "test salons" of international hair brands and the rigid offices of the RAF to build a practice centred on personal, inclusive, and meaningful ceremonies. She discusses the courage it took to launch her own venture, admitting that she "didn't know what she was doing at first" and had to navigate the steep learning curve of entrepreneurship, from marketing and insurance to mastering the digital landscape of social media and AI.
